Tennis & Pickleball Court

The Courts are for tennis and pickleball play only. Please see the attached rules, but note that the following activities are prohibited:
No Playing Ball, use of scooters, skateboards, bikes, roller blades, or the like.
Further, note that the use of the tennis courts for dogs or other animals are prohibited as well.
Rules:
Courts are for residents and their guests only.
Court use is at the users own risk and is for tennis/pickleball play only.
Courts are closed during inclement weather and can be slippery when wet or dry.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 18 must vacate a court promptly upon request of any adult resident. Use of court shall be limited to 1 hour for single play and 1 hour for doubles play if there are persons waiting to use the court.
All waste must be placed in trash bins provided.
Tennis shoes only within the court area. Black soles are prohibited.
No glass, tobacco, alcoholic beverages rough play permitted.
Loud voices, audio equipment and profanity are prohibited.
No pets, toys, hockey, bicycles, roller blades, skates, skate boards, or wheeled vehicles are permitted, with the exception of wheel chairs.
