Garden Committee

The committee members are responsible for:

  • Assisting with keeping the garden running smoothly reporting to the management team if supplies are needed.
  • Enforcing the rules of the gardens and encouraging the gardeners to participate in garden clean up days.
  • Planning education days for the community.

Flag Committee

The committee members are responsible for:

  • Replacing worn out flags when needed.
  • Lowering the flag to half mask when needed.
  • Planning events on appropriate holidays.

Covenants & Architectural Review Committee (CARB)

The committee members are responsible for:

  • Evaluating Architectural Change Requests (the “ACR Requests”) received from residents in a timely manner and in accordance with the adopted Architectural Design Guidelines and Standard (the “Guidelines”).
  • Advocating for and work with residents to preserve the high standards of the community and maintain the value of the properties through exterior improvements.
  • Communicating with all residents on a regular basis at community meetings, with the CARB and Board of Directors.

Lifestyle Committee

THE LIFESTYLE COMMITTEE IS AN INTEGRAL AND VIBRANT PART OF THE YOUR COMMUNITY … PLEASE CONSIDER BEING INVOLVED!

The committee members are responsible for:

  • Providing the Board with recommendations for social, recreational, cultural, and educational programs and activities among the membership.
  • Developing an annual schedule/calendar for Lifestyle committee meetings, events and activities.
  • Developing an annual budget, polices, and recommendations for the funding of programs, services and activities from Association assessment fees and any user fees.
  • Coordinate the promotion of and dissemination of information regarding community events.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for expenses in the Committee’s area of jurisdiction to be considered for inclusion in the Association’s annual operating budget.
  • Coordinate with other Association standing committees and Clubhouse personnel, regarding policies and procedures for the scheduling, promotion and announcement of programs and activities.
